Introduction:
PSX series scrap metal crusher automatic production line is our company’s new product. Which fills in the blank of crushing equipment of the waste household appliances, containers, frivolous social waste, scrap car body etc, to meet the customer’s demand of crushing processing the metal scrap which is under 12 mm thickness, realize the localization of steel scrap and crushing equipment, reduce the reliance on overseas scrap crushing equipment.
Mainly to various low carbon ultra-light scrap steel, automobiles, home appliances, old containers were broken, sorting, removing the paint film, impurities, improve the pile density, get pure broken steel, so as to increase the rate of dissolution and the rate of molten steel, meet the requirements of steel mills "concentrate charging", is a large scrap steel processing base, the ideal equipment of distribution center. The project products are mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integrated products, and the scientific and technological field is environmental protection -- solid waste treatment equipment, which is in line with the key high-tech fields supported by the state.
①It can meet the requirement of eaf steelmaking for concentrate steelmaking and the chemical composition of molten steel is stable (low content of sulphur and phosphorus).
②The smelting time can be shortened (less feeding times, high feeding density, even heating in the furnace).
